Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant service operations - Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction - Coach and provide feedback to staff - Monitor and maintain outlet operating systems - Ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained - Greet guests, coordinate seating, and assign tables appropriately - Conduct team briefings before each service period - Promote the restaurant and maintain a loyal customer base - Participate in monthly physical stock takes - Develop and implement service-related training programs - Monitor inventory levels - Plan weekly rosters and prepare daily reports - Prepare weekly sales reports for management meetings - Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of F&B experience - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Knowledge of food quality and hygiene standards
