HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Description

This role provides leadership and direction for all human resource functions, aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives. The individual will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Formulate and implement HR strategies and initiatives that directly support the overarching business strategy. * Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving grievances, and managing other employee relations issues. * Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process to secure top talent. * Support present and future organizational needs by focusing on the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital. * Develop and monitor comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization. * Foster a positive and productive work atmosphere. * Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system designed to drive high performance. * Administer the organization's compensation structure and benefits programs. * Evaluate training needs and implement and monitor appropriate training programs. * Provide regular reports to management and offer data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. * Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrable experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. * Strong focus on people and a results-oriented approach. * Proven experience working with and interpreting HR metrics. * Familiarity with HR information systems and databases. * Ability to develop strategic plans combined with strong leadership capabilities. * Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and effectively manage professional relationships at all levels of the organization. * Thorough understanding of relevant labor laws and HR best practices. * Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
