We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Assistant. You will be involved in all aspects of food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared to our high standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities and Duties

* Become proficient in the restaurant's food safety and hygiene protocols. * Learn how customer mobile orders are processed from placement to kitchen display. * Prepare seasonal and promotional dishes according to provided recipes. * Understand and participate in the restaurant's inventory management procedures. * Ensure all stocks and ingredients are used following the FIFO method. * Inspect completed dishes for adherence to quality standards and learn proper plating techniques as instructed by the chef. * Provide support to other kitchen stations as needed to facilitate smooth and efficient service. * Clean dishes and kitchen equipment. * Receive stock deliveries and verify they are of the correct quantity and quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Availability to work on weekends and public holidays. * Self-motivated and hardworking with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
