Responsibilities and Duties

・Maintain high level of kitchen hygiene and food quality ・Prepare authentic Japanese dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality ・Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain food quality and freshness ・Work closely with management to develop and enhance food menu ・Development and compliance of SOP’s for operational consistency in the kitchen ・Other ad hoc task assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

・Preferably at least 1 years Japanese cuisine experience ・Preferably with sashimi experience ・Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment ・Passion in Japanese Cuisine ・Team Player

Working Condition

Working hours

・6 days a week. 10.30am - 2.30pm 5.30pm - 10.30pm.

・There is No AWS but Bonus ・Meal allowance $8 per day. Medical coverage.
