Responsibilities and Duties

* Guarantee exceptional dining experiences for every guest, from warm greetings to prompt service and attentive follow-up. * Uphold rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. * Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, providing thorough training to staff and maintaining a secure workspace. * Oversee all staff-related activities, including scheduling, training, and performance management, fostering a positive work environment. * Strategically manage inventory levels, procure supplies, and minimize waste to optimize operational efficiency. * Accurately handle all cash transactions, reconcile daily sales, and ensure adherence to established cash management procedures. * Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and laws, including health, safety, labor, and tax requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest issues effectively. * Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. * Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Proficiency in inventory and cash management. * Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Strong organizational and problem solving skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
