Responsibilities and Duties
operations_management: - Oversee daily operations across all outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. - Monitor key performance indicators including sales, customer satisfaction, and costs. - Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, safety, and store presentation standards. staff_management: - Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and retail teams. - Set goals and conduct performance evaluations. - Manage staff scheduling to optimize manpower and reduce costs. - Foster a positive and engaging work culture. inventory_and_supply_chain: - Manage stock levels and inventory control to prevent shortages and shrinkage. - Collaborate with purchasing and marketing to align stock with campaigns. - Oversee inventory audits and resolve discrepancies. sales_and_customer_service: - Drive sales performance and meet business objectives. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement areas. - Maintain high customer service standards and handle escalations. - Work with marketing to execute promotions effectively. compliance_and_reporting: - Ensure adherence to local regulations, health, and safety policies. - Prepare regular performance reports for senior management. - Implement corrective actions from audits and feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in management. - Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. - Proficient in retail systems and inventory management tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. - Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to drive results.
