Description

The Retail Manager will oversee operations across multiple store locations, driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets. - Monitor store performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas. - Plan and oversee marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and merchandising strategies. - Manage daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency. - Oversee inventory management and restocking processes with relevant teams. - Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and quality benchmarks. - Conduct regular store visits to review performance and uphold brand standards. - Establish and maintain high levels of customer service across all outlets. - Handle escalated customer issues and implement service improvement strategies. - Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and retail staff for performance excellence. - Set team goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions. - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture encouraging teamwork and productivity. - Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, health, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail management, preferably managing multiple store locations. - Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills with proven ability to drive sales. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with POS systems, CRM, and inventory management tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and customer engagement. - Knowledge of market trends, merchandising, and customer preferences. - Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
