Description

This key role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the company. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the development and implementation of effective HR initiatives and systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity. * Execute employee annual review procedures, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files. * Administer the entire hiring process, including job descriptions, posting ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers to qualified candidates. * Analyze and monitor departmental budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation. * Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. * Ensure all employees comply with company HR policies and procedures. * Create new HR policies and update existing ones as needed. * Provide counseling and support to employees as needed. * Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. * Organize and plan employee events and conferences to enhance employee morale and engagement. * Manage workplace safety issues and address employee complaints promptly and effectively. * Maintain accurate employee attendance records. * Adhere to all company rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. * Strong ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. * Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. *In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve HR issues effectively. * Ability to analyze HR data, generate reports, and use data to inform decision-making. * Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive, results-oriented attitude. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
