Reservation Sales Executive

Description

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Sales and Reservation Executive. This role involves managing client relationships, handling reservations, and driving sales for FIT (Free Independent Travelers), group travel, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners. - Understand client preferences and travel needs to provide customized solutions for FIT, group, and MICE bookings. - Process and manage FIT and group travel reservations with accuracy and attention to detail. - Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements. - Stay informed about destination details, hotel offerings, and industry trends. - Provide expert advice to clients, helping them select accommodations, transportation, and activities that suit their needs and budgets. - Prepare competitive and detailed quotations for individual and group bookings. - Create comprehensive proposals for MICE events, highlighting the ability to organize successful corporate gatherings. - Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic sales approaches. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of reservations and client interactions. - Generate sales performance reports and key metrics for regular review.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, with a focus on FIT, group, or MICE bookings. - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in reservation systems and travel-related software. - Comprehensive knowledge of FIT, group, and MICE travel trends and requirements. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
