The F&B Hostess supports the establishment by delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining brand service standards, managing reservations, assisting in F&B service, and ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience for every guest. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Take reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to guest requests * Greet each guest warmly and provide helpful, welcoming service * Prepare and check tables before service * Clear and reset tables promptly after service * Communicate guest information (special requests, occasions) to the team * Complete all opening and closing procedures timely * Remain attentive and assertive to guests’ needs throughout service * Ensure each guest receives a fond farewell * Assist in building and maintaining guest profile database * Support food & beverage service as required * Perform other tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Food & Beverage, Customer Service, Guest Relations or related field * 1–2 years’ experience preferred; fresh graduates welcomed * Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills * Highly motivated team player capable of performing with minimal supervision
