Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team by coordinating and managing tasks related to client engagement and interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships within a complex organization. * Proven ability to handle administrative tasks related to program management. * Client-focused with a consultative approach to problem-solving. * Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage and consult with senior-level clients both internally and externally. * A strong contributor to fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture. * Previous experience in Adult Education, learning, or training is a plus
Qualifications and Requirements
* Draft appointment letters. * Prepare budget sheets for programs. * Assist in the preparation of procurement-related documents. * Coordinate with the procurement department. * Communicate with external agencies and companies to facilitate various engagements. * Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm their availability. * Update and maintain administrative records. * Perform other tasks as assigned.
