The Admin cum Sales Coordinator supports the Design & Fabrication Department by handling clerical tasks and sales processes. Responsibilities include managing administrative duties like filing and email correspondence, responding to inquiries, securing new sales orders, and processing sales-related documents such as invoices and quotations. The role involves monitoring order statuses, coordinating with human resources for attendance tracking, and collaborating with the accounting department on invoicing and payments. Responsibilities and Duties
* Carry out clerical tasks, including filing and managing email correspondence. * Address inquiries through various channels, such as phone calls and emails. * Obtain new sales orders for the Design & Fabrication Department. * Process sales orders, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO). * Create and update sales orders, invoices, quotations, and other related documentation. * Coordinate, prepare, and consistently follow up on order statuses and delivery schedules with customers. * Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. * Collaborate with human resources to manage staff attendance and work with the accounting department to handle invoices and payments related to the Design & Fabrication Department. * Respond to transaction inquiries and promptly resolve and report any operational issues. * Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or SAP will be considered a plus. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and sales. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * General administrative support capabilities. * Sales experience. * Strong documentation and filing management skills. * Positive work attitude.
