Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage and maintain daily operations of residential property. * Ensure effective management of common areas through routine checks. * Assist the team in supporting daily operations. * Conduct on-site inspections of development works to ensure specifications and timely completion. * Engage and manage service providers, including contract performance monitoring. * Follow up on monthly maintenance schedules, quotations, claims, and invoices from service providers. * Convene and attend Developer/MCST Council meetings. * Prepare meeting minutes and reports. * Obtain quotations for repairs and maintenance services. * Address resident feedback professionally with timely responses. * Prepare and submit annual budgets; recommend Maintenance Fund/Sinking Fund contributions. * Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. * Process and assist in preparing documentation for extraordinary works when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Higher NITEC or Diploma in Facilities Management, Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or related qualification. * For Officers: Minimum 1 year experience in strata-titled residential property management. * For Executives: Minimum 3 years experience in strata-titled residential property management. * Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) preferred. * Strong team player with effective communication skills. * Ability to adapt to a dynamic and flexible working environment.
