This position focuses on the management of construction personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and handling related administrative duties. The role requires significant experience in overseeing construction workforces, a solid understanding of civil engineering practices and safety regulations, and the ability to function effectively both independently and as a contributing member of a team.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Supervise and direct construction workers on job sites. - Understand and implement civil engineering work procedures and adhere to specific safety standards as dictated by relevant authorities. - Coordinate and arrange essential safety training programs for workers. - Manage worker housing logistics, including dormitory check-in and check-out procedures. - Manage worker applications and travel logistics. - Utilize standard office software for administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements
