Description

The Senior Human Resource Executive is responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including payroll processing, employee data maintenance, training administration, and managing day-to-day HR processes. Key duties include processing monthly payroll for 150 employees, managing leave administration, and handling payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage HR functions, including payroll processing, employee data maintenance, training administration, and daily HR tasks. Process monthly payroll for approximately 150 employees using Opensoft. Oversee leave administration through the e-Leave portal. Generate monthly payroll reports and address payroll-related inquiries. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Prepare and draft employment-related documents, such as Letters of Appointment, Letters of Confirmation, and other contracts. Ensure timely submission of CPF contributions, IR21, and annual income tax filings. Submit government-related claims, including training grants, NS claims, maternity leave, childcare leave, and other relevant claims. Manage MOM surveys and handle WP and S Pass applications. Maintain and update personnel files and HR-related information. Contribute to the implementation of new HR initiatives, projects, and policies. Assist with the annual review of the Employee Handbook. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is a plus. Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships at all organizational levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating resourcefulness, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Opensoft Payroll is an advantage.
