Description

The Admin & HR Assistant is responsible for supporting both administrative and HR functions within the company. Key duties include issuing invoices, liaising with the company's accountant, and managing supplier payments. The role also involves monitoring employee leave status, preparing employee salaries, and assisting in general employee management. Additionally, the Admin & HR Assistant provides administrative support to the daily operations of the business and ensures proper handling and storage of company documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Generate and issue invoices * Communicate and coordinate with the company’s accountant * Track and monitor incoming payments * Oversee and manage supplier payments * Assist in employee management and administration * Prepare and process employee salaries * Keep track of employee leave records * Provide administrative support for the company’s daily operations * Maintain and safeguard company documents and records

Qualifications and Requirements

* Education: At least 'O' Level qualifications * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications * Strong communication skills and a team player * Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized * Hardworking with a willingness to learn and grow
