Description

The Human Resource Executive (HRE) will be an essential member of the hotel's HR team, serving as a strategic partner to the leadership while also supporting daily HR operations. The HRE will focus on aligning HR initiatives with business goals, offering expert HR advice to both management and employees, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies throughout the hotel. Responsibilities and Duties

Strategic HR Partnership: * Collaborate with department heads to understand business goals and objectives, ensuring HR strategies are aligned to support these aims. * Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. Employee Relations: * Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, offering guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. * Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns promptly and fairly. Performance Management: Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring that employees receive timely and constructive feedback. Work with managers to create and implement individual development plans (IDPs) that align with both career aspirations and organizational objectives. Compliance & HR Policy: * Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, staying informed about Singapore's HR best practices and legal requirements. * Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures that reflect the company’s values and objectives. HR Metrics & Reporting: * Analyze HR data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and provide management with reports on key HR metrics. * Monitor and report on workforce planning, turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other relevant HR metrics. Culture & Employee Engagement: * Promote and maintain a positive organizational culture that supports the hotel's mission and values. * Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * In-depth knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and regulations. * Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships at all levels within the organization. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting.
