Human Resource Executive

Description

This role manages the complete recruitment cycle, addresses employee relations matters, coordinates training and development programs, supports performance management, maintains employee records, and contributes to strategic HR projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and self-motivated, and be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers. - Maintain a talent pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs. - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. - Coordinate employee training programs, professional development initiatives, and performance improvement plans. - Support managers in setting performance goals and monitoring employee performance. - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the confidentiality of all personnel data. - Prepare reports on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and workforce demographics. - Contribute to strategic HR projects, including organizational restructuring, succession planning, and workforce planning. - Organize and manage job fairs and other recruitment events to enhance the organization's employer brand and attract qualified candidates. - Provide support with various HR administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of a Diploma or higher qualification. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates for various roles. - Proactive and self-motivated work style, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
