Description

The HR Executive will manage recruitment for full-time positions, including ICT trainers, software developers, and healthcare assistants, and oversee traineeships and internships. Responsibilities include leading recruitment processes, providing feedback to stakeholders, and maintaining a talent pool. The role also involves coordinating seconded staff deployment, managing employee progression, addressing HR inquiries and grievances, supporting payroll activities, and handling government program claims. Additionally, the HR Executive will collaborate on training initiatives, assess training needs, and guide new hires through onboarding.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage recruitment and oversight of full-time positions such as ICT trainers, software developers, and healthcare assistants, while facilitating mid-career traineeships and internships. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and managing initial interview rounds. Provide constructive feedback and candidate assessments to hiring managers, internal, and external stakeholders post-interviews. Maintain a strong talent pool, ensuring a steady pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs. Coordinate the strategic deployment, relocation, and succession planning for seconded personnel, ensuring smooth operations at client sites. Oversee employee development, fostering a positive company culture and monitoring individual progress. Handle HR inquiries from employees and manage grievance cases as needed. Contribute to monthly payroll processing and support government program claims, such as traineeships, for smooth operational support. Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement HR initiatives aimed at improving company performance and employee efficiency. Assess new hires' training needs and guide them through the required training programs. Regularly engage with colleagues to assess their training needs and recommend appropriate programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant work experience; applicants with less experience are still encouraged to apply and will be considered individually. Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders. Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability, a task-oriented approach, and multitasking skills.
