Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the set-up and operation of a station/section in the F&B outlets. * Assist the Restaurant Manager to achieve the highest service standards and guest satisfaction. * Provide excellent service at all times to guests and cultivate a service mindset among team members through daily briefings and regular training. * Possess extensive knowledge of food & beverage menus, including liquors and cocktails. * Serve food in a timely and efficient manner. * Ensure cleanliness and work safety in food preparation and service areas. * Handle guest complaints and escalate to managers for proper follow-up. * Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A proactive, innovative, and collaborative team player. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field. * Proficiency in MS Office. * Strong service-oriented mindset.
