Description

As a Guest Service Assistant, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous and efficient services to guests, addressing complaints, requests, and inquiries with tact. You will coordinate with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier on guest arrivals and departures, while establishing rapport with long-staying guests and offering assistance when needed. Your responsibilities will include making courtesy calls, managing promotional material inventory, and ensuring efficient baggage handling, transport services, and general guest inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous and efficient service to guests, addressing complaints, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and tact. Coordinate with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier regarding guest arrivals and departures. Build relationships with house guests and long-term residents, offering assistance as needed. Conduct courtesy calls to guests to ensure satisfaction. Manage and maintain stock of promotional materials for daily operations. Ensure efficient and polite handling of baggage, transportation, and general guest inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements

O-Level or equivalent qualification. Willingness to work rotating shifts. Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong communication skills. Experience in hospitality and familiarity with Opera system is a plus.
