Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist guests with their check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This role involves handling payments accurately and maintaining proper documentation to uphold operational standards. A key part of the position is providing support to guests by addressing their needs and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls promptly and assisting with inquiries or requests in a professional manner. Additionally, the role may include other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the satisfaction of our guests.

Assisting in the coordination and execution of events and guest activities. Ensuring smooth communication between departments to meet guest needs effectively. Managing inquiries and resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently. Supporting the team with administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency. Upholding the brand’s commitment to providing a modern, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Qualifications and Requirements

- Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only. - At least one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. - Minimum educational qualification of GCE 'O' Level or its equivalent. - Familiarity with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Available to work on a 5-day workweek schedule, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Basic Salary 2400
