As a Guest Experience Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities include collecting and recording guest preferences, addressing feedback promptly, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively. By staying informed about hotel events, arrivals, and promotions, you will provide accurate information and personalized recommendations to guests. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and professionalism, fostering loyalty and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

Collects, accurately records, and acts on guest preferences to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Sets a high standard for customer satisfaction and loyalty by exemplifying outstanding service in every interaction. Addresses guest feedback promptly, escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary, and follows up to ensure resolutions are implemented. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of daily hotel activities, arrival and departure schedules, group movements, occupancy levels, special promotions, and key upcoming dates. Stays informed about local and hotel events, offering guests accurate information and directions when needed. Efficiently manages and fulfills guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply! Training will be provided. Comfortable to work on weekends, public holidays and shift timings.
