Description

As a Senior / Guest Service Executive, you will provide exceptional and efficient service to guests, addressing their requests whenever possible. You will ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly within three rings, and you will be well-versed in room types, rates, and availability to up-sell when appropriate. You will take ownership of guest complaints, resolving issues promptly and reporting to supervisors for further follow-up. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring guest room security, following emergency procedures, and promoting the use of Safe Deposit boxes. Additionally, you will provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions, while maintaining effective communication and professional relationships with all hotel staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide courteous and efficient service, striving to fulfill guest requests whenever possible. Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly within three rings. Be knowledgeable about room types, rates, and availability, and actively up-sell when appropriate. Take responsibility for addressing guest complaints promptly, following established procedures, and escalating to the supervisor when necessary. Prepare glitch reports as required. Ensure guest room security by following emergency and fire procedures, and promote the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe), adhering to relevant policies and procedures. Stay informed about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, providing guests with accurate information as requested. Maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all hotel staff, ensuring effective communication across departments.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality. Willingness to work rotating shifts. Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong public relations skills. Previous experience in hospitality and familiarity with Opera system is a plus.
