Responsibilities and Duties

- Welcome and greet all guests upon arrival at the restaurant. - Ensure restaurant readiness before opening, with tables and settings prepared to standards. - Take and manage telephone bookings, updating reservations accurately in the system. - Maintain and update the guest database; reach out to guests regarding promotions. - Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, including specials and promotions. - Support guest satisfaction by handling inquiries and feedback promptly (within 24 hours). - Ensure tables are cleared discreetly and efficiently. - Uphold professional grooming and uniform standards at all times. - Motivate and foster teamwork among F&B service staff. - Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and local health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B or hospitality experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. - Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
