The Senior/Guest Service Executive collaborates closely with the Assistant Manager to deliver courteous and timely service to all hotel guests. This role involves addressing guest complaints, requests, and inquiries tactfully while understanding their preferences to ensure personalized experiences. The position requires thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, events, and tourist-related information. Maintaining professional communication with all hotel personnel and diligently handling additional tasks assigned by superiors are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to ensure prompt and courteous service for all hotel guests. Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries responsively and tactfully. Understand guest preferences to provide personalized and satisfactory services. Stay updated on hotel facilities, events, and tourist-related information. Maintain professional and respectful communication with all hotel staff. Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism.
Qualifications and Requirements
GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent. Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Possess a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong communication skills. No prior experience required; open to candidates with a willingness to learn.
