As a Guest Service Officer – Reservations, you will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to customers while assisting in the smooth operation of hotel services and reservation processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver exceptional and consistent service to customers. Assist in ensuring smooth and efficient hotel operations and reservation processes as a Guest Service Officer – Reservations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must have at least G.C.E. "O" level qualifications. Preference will be given to candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field. Minimum of 6 months of experience in hotel operations. Strong customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
