Description

As a Senior / Guest Service Executive, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure timely and courteous service for all hotel guests. You will address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries with tact and professionalism, ensuring services meet guests' preferences. Staying informed about hotel facilities and local tourist attractions is essential to provide accurate information. You will foster professional relationships with hotel staff, ensuring effective communication across departments. Additionally, you will approach any tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Duties

Work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure timely and courteous service is consistently provided to all hotel guests. Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and tactfully. Understand guest preferences to ensure services are tailored to meet their needs. Stay informed about hotel facilities, functions, and local tourist information to provide accurate details to guests. Maintain a professional and courteous working relationship, ensuring effective communication with all hotel personnel. Handle additional tasks assigned by superiors with professionalism and dedication.

Qualifications and Requirements

O Levels or equivalent qualification. Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong communication skills.
