A high-end dining establishment at a luxury hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading daily operations, and supporting the restaurant team in a celebrity-chef driven Michelin-level dining concept. Responsibilities and Duties

* Maintain a strong customer service focus, consistently prioritising guest satisfaction * Take ownership to resolve guest issues and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues * Manage guest portfolios to maximise revenue opportunities * Create an environment where the team is focused on delivering memorable dining experiences * Seek guest and team feedback regularly and respond to requests promptly * Uphold service delivery standards as defined in SOPs * Conduct regular standards review checks and develop action plans for improvement * Implement operational adjustments to meet business needs * Prepare rosters, leave plans, and job schedules based on operational demands * Oversee departmental operations, including stepping into service duties when necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

* 2–4 years of managerial experience in Michelin-starred, celebrity chef, or 5-star establishments * Valid Food Hygiene Certificate * Strong understanding of F&B trends * Motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous learning * Ability to work under pressure during peak service periods * Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills * Strong knowledge of Italian and French wines * WSET certification or equivalent wine education preferred
