Description

This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, fostering a positive work environment, managing training and development, leading HR operations with a focus on compliance, and managing compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, be proactive and analytical, and possess relevant HR qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the organization's recruitment process: reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements on relevant platforms, coordinating with recruitment agencies, screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, and managing candidate selection. * Proactively promote positive workplace dynamics to ensure a harmonious work environment. * Implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture. * Oversee training and development, including developing processes for effective training delivery and managing staff learning programs. * Lead and execute HR operations with a focus on regulatory compliance. * Ensure all processes are conducted in strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations. * Recommend and implement solutions to streamline processes, improving service delivery and the overall employee experience. * Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on matters related to labor legislation, HR policies, and procedures. * Provide expert advice on HR-related matters. * Facilitate the smooth resolution of HR matters through effective communication and collaboration. * Provide valuable support to review and improve existing HR processes and workflows. * Contribute to and manage assigned HR projects. * Oversee work permit applications and renewal processes. * Manage government claims or grants, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy for all employees. * Conduct market research and compensation surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional qualifications. * Possession of a recognized HR professional certification. * Five years of experience at a managerial level. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Proactive, analytical, meticulous, and highly organized work style.
