Description

Responsible for managing daily restaurant operations to ensure sales targets, profitability, and service standards are achieved. The Restaurant Manager leads and motivates staff, maintains high guest satisfaction, and ensures compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations. - Achieve sales targets and maintain excellent service standards. - Build rapport with customers and address requests promptly and professionally. - Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals. - Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure efficient manpower allocation. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, licensing, and safety regulations. - Monitor stock levels, control operational costs, and manage requisitions. - Prepare and present regular staffing and sales performance reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing restaurants. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Positive and professional attitude with good team spirit. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
