Description

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Maintain a positive restaurant culture and motivate staff. - Create staff schedules aligned with restaurant needs. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. - Train new employees and monitor performance. - Interact with diners and build positive customer rapport. - Supervise both kitchen and waitstaff, providing feedback. - Manage inventory and organize restaurant supplies. - Prepare daily budget reports, monitor revenue and costs. - Maintain weekly and monthly payroll for staff. - Communicate effectively with diners and handle conflicts. - Stay up-to-date with food and beverage trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven work experience in restaurant management. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Understanding of financial management and budgeting. - Familiarity with restaurant management software. - Ability to memorize and explain the menu. - Willingness to work flexible hours, stand, and walk for long periods.
