Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinating front-of-house and kitchen - Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service - Monitor inventory, manage supply orders, and liaise with Greek ingredient suppliers - Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally - Develop marketing initiatives, leveraging community networks and events - Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards - Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls to achieve profitability - Organize special events (Greek festivals, wine tastings, live music nights)

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Mediterranean/Greek dining - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Fluency in Greek (spoken and written) and proficiency in English - Knowledge of Greek cuisine, wines, and dining culture - Existing contacts within the Greek community in Singapore (advantage) - Ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
