We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Junior to assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. In this role, you will focus on driving brand awareness through various channels, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, and contributing to overall brand visibility. You will collaborate with the team to execute campaigns that align with business goals and target audiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. * Support the implementation of brand awareness initiatives across various channels. * Help create engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials. * Coordinate and support events, promotions, and other marketing activities. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and optimize future efforts. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. * Assist in managing social media accounts and scheduling content. * Help maintain marketing calendars and track project timelines. * Support market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * 1 year of experience in marketing or a related role (internships are welcome). * Strong communication and writing skills. * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. * Creative thinker with attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
