* Develop high-quality, creative, and engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. * Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and create insightful reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement. * Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, building strong online communities, and fostering positive brand interactions. * Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective. * Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve campaign objectives. * Support the setup and management of paid social media advertising campaigns to optimize reach and conversions. * Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify brand presence and reach wider audiences. * Help craft and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all digital platforms. * Utilize social media to effectively promote events, product launches, and other company initiatives to drive participation and engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Digital Media). * Strong familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. * A strong passion for social media trends and a creative mindset for developing engaging content. * Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
