Description

As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at driving revenue growth, enhancing brand awareness, and accelerating growth marketing efforts. Collaborating closely with different departments, you will ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns while managing the marketing budget to achieve maximum impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape key initiatives focused on customer acquisition, sales growth, and expanding the brand's reach.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Driving Growth & Revenue Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Identify opportunities and leverage performance-driven channels, including CRM and loyalty programs, to increase revenue. Utilize customer segmentation and automation tools to create targeted marketing strategies that attract new customers and boost sales performance. 2. Sales Marketing Strategy, Planning & Execution Lead sales growth through impactful marketing campaigns, including brand launches, seasonal promotions, and events like golf festivals. Analyze the competitive landscape and perform detailed data analysis to generate insights for designing effective sales and marketing strategies. Plan and execute localized, end-to-end sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal departments, brand partners, and agencies. 3. Budget Management & Business Analytics Oversee the P&L and manage budgets for all sales and marketing activities. Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance and maintaining proper documentation. Evaluate marketing performance using data analysis, A/B testing, and ROI tracking to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Establish systems for systematic tracking and reporting of sales and marketing performance. 4. Brand Building & Collaborations Strengthen brand identity across all platforms by fostering strategic partnerships and aligning efforts with organizational goals. Execute multi-channel brand marketing strategies across digital, social media, and email platforms, ensuring cohesive content aligned with growth objectives. 5. Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Heads of Departments to encourage creativity and align initiatives with overall company objectives. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance results and foster strong relationships. Manage external agency partnerships while adhering to governance frameworks.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience with comparable knowledge and skills. At least 5 years of marketing experience in a leading FMCG company, with a strong emphasis on growth marketing. Proven expertise in designing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Experienced in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software. Strong knowledge of managing both organic and paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and email marketing. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external agencies. Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams.
