Sales & Marketing Executive

Description

The Sales and Marketing Executive provides comprehensive administrative and marketing support to a team, ensuring smooth operations and project execution. They will handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, creating presentations, assisting with social media management, event management and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities and Duties

Direct sales inquiries to the appropriate team members for efficient handling. Create and maintain presentations, documents, and spreadsheets. Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis for RFPs. Track and analyze the performance metrics of marketing campaigns. Ensure weekly sales and jeopardy reports are accurate and up to date. Manage the corporate gifts stock. Coordinate opportunities and tenders through appropriate platforms. Support social media management, including content creation, post scheduling, and engaging with followers.

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Working knowledge of social media platforms and graphics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
