The Sales & Marketing professional will plan and execute integrated campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. This role involves creating compelling content for websites, social media, and marketing materials, as well as assisting in lead generation campaigns. The candidate will work within set budgets and timelines, driving brand awareness and conversions through effective social media strategies. They will collaborate with carpenters and designers to capture content, and regularly update social media platforms like TikTok to engage with the audience and maintain consistent branding across all channels.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns aimed at both B2B and B2C audiences across digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels. * Create and develop engaging and innovative marketing content for websites, social media updates, and promotional materials tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences. * Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns. * Lead initiatives while adhering to budget constraints and timelines. * Execute strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and convert leads via social media platforms. * Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints. * Collaborate with carpenters and designers to capture daily work snippets and transform them into engaging content. * Regularly create and post fresh content for TikTok and social media accounts to maintain engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communications. * Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies and channels. * Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative, resourceful, and proactive approach to tasks. * Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Canva. * Quick to learn and capable of managing operational tasks independently. * Strong project management skills and a proactive attitude.
