Description

This role focuses on managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, budgeting, cost control, benefits review, market benchmarking, compliance, and general administrative support. The individual will play a key role in ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices within the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and validate data for bonus payouts and salary increment exercises to ensure accuracy and timely execution. * Generate reports and dashboards for management review, approvals, and informed decision-making. * Support the communication of compensation adjustments to employees. * Assist in planning the annual salary and compensation budget. * Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure budget alignment and cost controls within established parameters. * Develop labor cost forecasts based on projected headcount and organizational needs. * Monitor labor cost trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization without affecting competitiveness. * Track actual expenses against budgets and report on variances for management review. * Provide insights and recommendations to manage costs while supporting business growth strategies. * Review and improve welfare and benefits programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. * Analyze employee feedback and benchmark against industry standards to propose enhancements to benefits offerings. * Develop and implement policies that support work-life balance, healthcare benefits, and other employee retention programs. * Collaborate with HR and external vendors to optimize benefits administration and cost-effectiveness. * Conduct market salary analyses and benchmarking studies to maintain competitive compensation structures. * Participate in salary surveys and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. * Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on analysis findings. * Ensure all compensation and benefits processes comply with internal policies and relevant local labor regulations. * Assist in reviewing and updating compensation policies to reflect regulatory changes or market trends. * Manage the purchase and distribution of festive season and birthday vouchers to employees. * Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives, such as gifts, celebrations, and recognition programs. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vouchers, benefits, and other support programs. * Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage procurement and timely delivery of vouchers or other rewards. * Address sales commission inquiries by verifying calculations, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring payouts are in line with company policies. * Support sales commission processing by preparing reports and validating commission structures. * Provide timely responses to employee questions regarding commission payments to ensure transparency and trust. * Assist in improving commission processes and documentation to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification. * Minimum of three years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR administration, or a related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. * Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and compensation management software. * Knowledge of local labor laws and compensation regulations. * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. * Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
