The Human Resource Executive plays a key role in managing HR functions to support a positive and efficient work environment. This role involves recruitment, employee onboarding, and the development and execution of HR policies and procedures. The HR Executive manages payroll processing, maintains accurate employee records, and ensures compliance with employment regulations. Additionally, they address employee concerns, facilitate performance reviews, and support training and development initiatives. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities and Duties
* Respond to phone and email inquiries and address employee concerns. * Foster strong, positive work relationships with employees. * Contribute to setting goals and objectives for Human Resources and other departments. * Ensure legal compliance and handle administrative matters. * Manage various HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the manager. * Oversee leave administration. * Implement and understand project SOPs. * Enter employee details into HR and Finance systems accurately. * Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and payroll processing. * Lead recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, candidate selection, scheduling interviews, staff screening, and preparing relevant company letters. * Coordinate with clients to ensure compliance with their requirements. * Liaise with government agencies like MOM, CPF, and PLRD to maintain compliance with local regulations. * Manage off-boarding processes, including resignation and termination procedures, and conduct exit interviews. * Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and handle necessary administrative tasks. * Organize and plan employee engagement activities, resolve grievances, and provide counseling as needed. * Prepare orientation programs for new staff members. * Prepare company letters, memos, and forms (e.g., LOA, awards). * Process monthly payroll and claims, including overtime calculations and attendance verification for 200 employees. * Handle monthly CPF submissions, levy submissions, and IR21/IR8A filings. * Manage work pass applications and liaise with immigration on foreign worker matters (application, renewal, and cancellation). * Maintain accurate employee records and ensure personal files are up-to-date. * Submit government claims, such as NS, maternity, childcare, and paternity leave claims.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resource management. * Preferably with HR experience in the Security industry. * Currently seeking applicants based in Singapore. * Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Capable of managing team resources to ensure adequate staffing and skill levels. * Proficient in HR systems and databases. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. * Skilled at managing multiple priorities and multitasking.
