Senior / Assistant Human Resource Manager

Description

This Human Resources (HR) professional will oversee all HR functions for the Singapore office, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The role encompasses recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, training and development, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and company culture development. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Group HR team and regional colleagues to implement HR initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage all aspects of HR in the Singapore office, including recruitment, internships, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, payroll, employee relations, and performance management, adhering to Singaporean labor laws and other relevant regulations. * Support the Group HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and ensure adherence to these policies and practices within the Singapore office. * Collaborate with the Malaysian Assistant HR Manager to meet staffing and onboarding needs for both Singapore and Malaysia-based employees. * Partner with the Singapore HR & Admin Team to implement a new HRIS system for Group HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia. * Assist with internal audits and tasks related to regulatory compliance. * Cultivate a unified company culture aligned with the organization's core values and mission, promoting consistent employee engagement and workplace practices. * Undertake additional assignments as directed by senior management or the Group HR Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or higher qualification in a related field (e.g., Human Resources Management). * At least 5+ years of experience in HR functions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. * Excellent communication skills.
