Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our restaurant operations. Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the day-to-day financial and operational performance of the restaurant. * Maintain consistent standards for food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation. * Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, building guest loyalty. * Efficiently schedule staff to optimize manpower and meet operational needs. * Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, food preparation standards, and regulatory requirements. * Implement new product and service procedures. * Manage cash handling and safe contents with strict adherence to security protocols. * Maintain accurate records of business and personnel documents. * Complete daily paperwork, inventories, and reports, using data to drive improvements. * Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and services. * Achieve monthly sales targets through effective marketing strategies. * Execute promotions to maximize sales results. * Monitor and control expenses within budget limits. * Accurately project and manage all profit and loss items. * Cultivate a positive and committed team environment. * Develop staff through training and performance management. * Ensure staff compliance with personnel policies and labor laws. * Recruit, select, and retain qualified team members. * Conduct timely performance appraisals. * Manage employee welfare, benefits, and payroll. * Maintain accurate personnel records. * Enforce food safety and sanitation standards. * Maintain high standards for food quality and service. * Inspect food receiving, preparation, and storage areas. * Ensure adherence to all security procedures. * Maintain the restaurant's physical condition. * Enforce workplace safety policies. * Conduct regular emergency and evacuation drills. * Perform risk assessments and address safety concerns. * Investigate and resolve workplace incidents.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Professional certificate or diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related field. * Fluent English with strong reading and writing skills. * Meticulous, numerate, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. * Analytical and skilled in problem-solving and decision-making. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * Self-disciplined and motivated. * Maintains high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance. * Enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent service. * Eager to learn and improve. * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
