Mon Kee Café 旺記冰室 is a Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng known for its silky scrambled eggs, house-made char siew, and straightforward, comforting classics.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s standards and recipes - Ensure food preparation and presentation is consistent and high-quality - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Cook or CDP in a professional kitchen (seafood or modern cuisine experience is a plus) - Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards - Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn

Working Condition

Working hours

6 days work week, with rotating off days during the week.
