Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the entire range of human resource functions, collaborating with all department heads to advance our organization's goals. Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd. EA License Number: 22C1267
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Recruitment and Staffing: Create and implement effective strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates while managing the recruitment process from job postings to hiring. 2. Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, identify employee development needs, and assess the effectiveness of training to ensure staff have the required skills. 3. Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws through effective conflict resolution methods. 4. Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal system, provide guidance on performance-related issues, and develop employee recognition and reward initiatives. 5. Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll processes and oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. 6. HR Policy and Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements. 7. Manpower Budgeting: Maintain a manpower budget within approved limits and prepare regular HR reports on activities and performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field * Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience * Preferred experience in the recreation or hospitality sector * Strong understanding of industrial relations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives * Leadership and team management * Strategic thinking * Expertise in training and development * Conflict resolution skills * Adaptability and flexibility * Strong attention to detail * Commitment to high ethical standards
