Description
The HR Executive's main responsibility is to assist the Group Human Resource Team and other assigned individuals or companies in a professional and efficient manner. This individual is characterized by strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, excellent people management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. A good team player, the HR Executive is also meticulous and focused on delivering accurate results.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Oversee employment administration, including preparing employment contracts, HR letters, and other related documents. * Organize confirmation and performance management reviews. * Manage employee leave, claims, and attendance records. * Coordinate with insurance agents regarding Foreign Medical Insurance, Work Injury Compensation Insurance, entity insurance, and handle any insurance claims. * Process monthly payroll (2 pay cycles), submit CPF contributions, handle annual employment income tax submissions, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. * Update statutory information with relevant government authorities and submit claims when necessary. * Facilitate employee engagement and communication activities, including HR dialogues. * Support and participate in ongoing employee welfare programs and company events. * Prepare monthly HR reports as needed. * Document HR processes and procedures. * Manage the employee exit process. * Perform other HR-related tasks and general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. * At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist and payroll functions. * Experience in the Hospitality or F&B industry is a plus. * Strong knowledge of HR practices, including the Employment Act. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Eager to learn and grow within the company with a proactive attitude
