Human Resource Director

Description

This role involves leading the HR function, encompassing strategic planning for organizational growth, managing compensation and benefits, overseeing recruitment and talent development, and fostering a positive and collaborative organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have substantial HR experience, preferably within the technology sector, and a proven ability to adapt HR strategies to dynamic industry changes.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead the HR team in developing and implementing human resource strategies to support organizational expansion. - Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction. - Oversee all aspects of recruitment and talent management, from sourcing and selection to development and retention. - Foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture that promotes effective cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience in the technology, Web3, or cryptocurrency industry is highly preferred. - At least seven years of overall HR experience, with ideally two to three years in a similar HR leadership role. - Demonstrated ability to swiftly plan and implement HR strategies that adapt to changing industry dynamics. - Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage international teams. - Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
