Description

This role is responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of human resource functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. The individual will also contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and supporting various HR administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, monitoring for any deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary. * Manage the recruitment, selection, appointment, and onboarding process for assigned departments. * Oversee the employee exit process. * Monitor employee probationary periods and administer processes related to confirmations, promotions, and transfers. * Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation practices. * Manage employee benefits programs, including handling work-related accident cases and processing medical, specialist, dental, and insurance claims. * Administer leave requests and manage employee relations and engagement programs. * Provide HR administrative support for matters related to industrial relations. * Address employee disciplinary issues and staff grievances in collaboration with department heads. * Submit employee performance ratings to the HR team for salary increment and bonus considerations for assigned departments. * Manage employee welfare programs, internal and external staff recognition programs, and employee suggestion schemes. * Oversee the maintenance of staff lockers and monitor the cleanliness and food quality of the staff canteen. * Coordinate bi-monthly staff gatherings and the Best Associate Award program. * Assist in preparing HR reports and surveys as requested by management and regulatory bodies. * Perform HR administrative duties, including updating employee personal information in the system, maintaining staff notice boards, updating the HR information system, and maintaining HR files. * Manage HR-related matters for part-time employees across all departments. * Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by HR management.
