Description

We are hiring a Head Chef specializing in traditional Cantonese and Teochew noodle and congee cuisine. This role involves managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency, leading staff performance development, and collaborating with central kitchen teams. Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations across multiple outlets. * Ensure top-notch food quality and consistency in noodle and congee dishes. * Uphold hygiene standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Lead staff training, performance development, and mentorship. * Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with central kitchen teams. * Maintain ingredient quality and manage food preparation standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

* 8–10 years of experience in traditional Cantonese or Teochew noodle and congee cuisine. * Strong culinary skills and attention to detail. * Positive attitude and proven leadership experience. * Passion for quality, innovation, and professional kitchen standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
