Responsibilities and Duties
* collect and prepare customers' order * acknowledge and prepare customers' online delivery/pick-up orders collected from the POS * assist in simple food and drink prepara4on according to SOP * establish good rapport with customers and handle customers’ request professionally and * promptly * assist to keep the restaurant area clean, hygienic and 4dy at all 4mes * ensure that your appearance is neat and well-kept * any other appropriate du4es and responsibili4es as assigned by Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
* Willingness to work weekends and public holidays * Preferably possess some experience in F&B * Simple computer literacy * Able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an energe4c and positive attitude * Must be a team player, proac4ve and friendly * Cheerful, outgoing and willing to learn * Preferably WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 cer4fied * Assist to maintain a high level of customer service and general upkeep of restaurant * Converse in simple English and one other mother tongue * Any race, gender and age
