Description
The HR Assistant supports training administration by coordinating logistics, registrations, and feedback evaluations. This role involves maintaining staff training records and tracking certification statuses to ensure compliance. The HR Assistant is also responsible for generating monthly reports related to training activities. Additionally, they will handle any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HR team or management.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of training administration, including registering participants, preparing logistics, and organizing post-training feedback evaluations. * Ensure that staff training records are accurately maintained, including tracking and updating certification statuses to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and generate comprehensive monthly reports related to training activities, including participation metrics and outcomes. * Take on additional responsibilities and duties as assigned, providing support to the HR team and management in various HR functions as needed. * Assist in identifying training needs and ensuring that training materials and resources are up to date and aligned with the organization's objectives. * Support in scheduling and coordinating training sessions to ensure smooth execution and maximum employee engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. * Open to candidates with no prior experience; training will be provided. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to workplace culture. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills in the HR field. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
